Returns: you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, in line with EU consumer law. The notebook needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Email contact@outsideros.com with your order number and we'll send you the return steps. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or wrong items: send a photo to the same address and we'll ship a replacement. No need to return the damaged one.
